Most orders are shipped via ICS Courier from our warehouse in Montreal, Canada. We occasionally ship with Canada Post. 

FREE – Orders over $50.00 (everywhere in Canada)

Flat rate of $7.99– Ontario & Quebec

Flat rate of $9.99 – Alberta, Manitoba, Prince Edward Island, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, New Brunswick

Remote Area Exceptions

Flat rate of $14.99– Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut & the following postal codes:

Orders below $150:Flat fee $25.99 anywhere in the US.

Orders over $150: Free shipping anywhere in the US.

Your items will be processed and shipped within 1-4 business days from the order date.

We try our best to make sure that your order is delivered on time, but Main and Local cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as carier delays, severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

All orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes (US and Canada). Any order with a PO box address will be cancelled. 

We send you a fulfillment notification as soon as it's been shipped. 

Yes, you will receive your tracking number by email once we ship your order. If you haven't received your tracking number, send a note to support@mainandlocal.com and we'll make sure to accommodate you.

Please note that smaller items (ex: a keychain, one pair of socks) may not have any tracking number.

Return policy

Our policy is we want you to be happy!

Here's the "BUT". You gotta follow a couple rules! 


1. You are making the return within 30 days of your order being shipped.

2. The item is in the exact same condition as you received it.

3. Return shipment costs are your responsibility.

4. All sale items are final.


1. Send an email to support@mainandlocal.com with your order # and reason for return.

2. Once agreed upon, please print out the email authorizing the return.

3. Ship the item back with a printed copy of the authorization email. 

Yes! We still want to add joy to your life with an item from our store. 

Once we receive your package and confirm that it is in the original, undamaged condition, we will refund you and/or issue store credit within seven business days. We will email you when this transaction has taken place. 

Yes. If you're not fully happy with your order, or the size is too small or too big. Same rules apply as with with our Return Policy.

In the event this happens, please send photos to support@mainandlocal.com and we will cover all the shipping costs and replace your order as a top priority.
